About the role

The Desautels Faculty of Management invites applications for a tenure‑track Assistant Professor position in Strategy & Organization. The role begins on August 1, 2027 and focuses on teaching, research, and service with an emphasis on the social impact of strategic management.

Key responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in strategic management and organization, highlighting social impact and sustainability.
• Develop and sustain a high‑quality research agenda in strategy and organization, publishing in top‑tier journals.
• Supervise doctoral students, contribute to faculty administration, and engage in departmental service.

Required profile

• Ph.D. (or near‑completion) in a discipline relevant to strategy and organization.
• Evidence of effective teaching and a record of high‑quality research publications.
• Research interests aligned with faculty priorities such as analytics, AI, sustainability, or equity and inclusion.
