Tax Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Tax Manager to join an established CPA firm in downtown Toronto. The role offers the chance to work with owner‑managed businesses and private clients, providing certainty through complex tax matters.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Canadian corporate and personal tax compliance, planning, research and advisory services.
• Collaborate with specialist teams in valuation, corporate finance, litigation support and broader advisory services.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with owner‑managed businesses and private clients.
• Assist clients in navigating annual tax legislation changes with clear, actionable advice.

Required profile

• 5+ years of public‑accounting tax experience.
• Strong knowledge of Canadian corporate and personal tax.
• Experience advising owner‑managed businesses and private clients.
• CPA designation preferred; in‑depth tax expertise is an asset.
• Excellent planning, research, review and client communication skills.
• Ability to solve complex problems and build trusted relationships.
