About the role
EY is seeking a Talent Consultant to support the Tax service line. The role partners with business leaders and the Talent function to deliver data‑driven talent strategies that align with organisational priorities and enhance employee experience.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with leaders on talent components of business strategy, using data and insights for high‑quality decisions.
- Lead global, regional and local talent programs, ensuring alignment with the firm’s talent strategy.
- Drive annual talent processes such as compensation, performance management and promotions.
- Provide HR advisory on organisational changes, restructuring, M&A and transformation initiatives.
- Facilitate talent reviews, leadership development and succession planning.
- Analyse engagement and talent data to identify trends and propose actionable strategies.
- Oversee workforce planning, strategic hiring, headcount forecasting and workforce modelling.
- Manage talent‑related projects, applying change‑management techniques and measuring impact.
Required profile
- Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities with a consultative partnership approach.
- Demonstrated business acumen and understanding of organisational priorities.
- Proven capability to translate business strategy into actionable talent initiatives.
- Experience in workforce planning, talent analytics and organisational effectiveness.
