Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

PERGOLUX is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the inbound recruitment channel, drive data‑driven hiring, and support our global growth across Europe, the US and beyond. You will work in a supportive, international team where your insights directly shape the future of the company.

Key responsibilities

• Execute end‑to‑end recruitment cycles for Americas‑based roles, managing the funnel from intake to final negotiations.
• Self‑managed stakeholder management and reporting within a global matrix organization.
• Identify talent channels and act as a strategic partner for leaders on salary negotiations, market validation and hiring timelines.
• Create and use dashboards and reports to evaluate application volume, funnel performance, and source quality.
• Research and benchmark salaries for new markets and roles.
• Provide actionable insights to improve candidate experience and recruitment funnel effectiveness.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably full‑funnel recruiting in high‑paced organizations.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting metrics, funnel diagnostics, and candidate journey mapping.
• Familiarity with ATS systems and reporting tools (Ashby is a plus).
• Fluency in English (C1 level).
• Fluency in Spanish (C1 level); Portuguese fluency is a plus.
• Availability to work on‑site in Vancouver.
