Talent Associate

About the role

The Talent Associate supports Priceline’s Talent Acquisition team by streamlining recruitment processes and delivering an exceptional candidate experience across our global operations. This hybrid position (2 days in‑office) is based in Toronto and works closely with HR Operations, IT, hiring managers and interviewers, including C‑level executives.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate multi‑stage interviews, ensuring clear communication with candidates and recruiters.
• Manage global pre‑onboarding activities, collaborating with HR Operations and IT to prepare new hires.
• Organise and lead orientation sessions, particularly for new employees in the Toronto office.
• Provide high‑level service to hiring managers and interviewers, handling expectations and smooth recruitment flow.
• Handle logistics for virtual and in‑person interviews, including administrative support and issue resolution.
• Assist with various Talent Acquisition projects and ad‑hoc tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with proven academic excellence.
• 1‑3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in Talent Acquisition.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience with international teams and global stakeholders is a plus.
