About the role
Air Canada is seeking a Talent and Development Partner to advance its corporate talent strategy. The role will design, deliver, and continuously improve key talent programs while ensuring alignment with business priorities.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of the Leadership Development program.
- Support implementation and integration of talent assessment, succession planning, performance management, learning and development, and employee listening initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR partners and business stakeholders to gather feedback and drive program adoption.
- Collect and analyze program data to monitor effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate talent programs to create a cohesive employee and leader experience.
- Leverage talent assessment and psychometric tools as required.
- Oversee change management and communication for new or updated talent programs.
- Stay informed on emerging talent management and learning trends and apply relevant ideas.
Required profile
- 5‑10 years of experience in leadership development, talent management, learning and development, or related HR roles.
- Proven ability to design, deliver, and improve leadership development and other talent programs.
- Undergraduate degree required; Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
