Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Circuit Stream is looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to own end‑to‑end hiring for its head‑office, adult bootcamp instructors, and seasonal pre‑university teams. You will work in a fast‑paced, innovative environment, building pipelines before roles become urgent and ensuring a smooth, respectful candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, university networks, job boards, industry communities, referrals, events and targeted outreach.
• Build and maintain reusable talent pools for recurring and seasonal roles.
• Design market‑specific sourcing plans and keep backup candidates ready for critical positions.
• Act as the first point of contact for candidates, clearly communicating the company, role and hiring process.
• Set expectations, follow up quickly, and keep candidates informed throughout the process.
• Write interview summaries and recommendations to help hiring managers make fast, informed decisions.
• Protect the candidate experience with timely, respectful communication, even when delivering a rejection.
• Own execution of new market launches, course launches and promotional campaigns, coordinating with marketing, admissions and partners.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to create landing pages and ensure a seamless full‑funnel experience (forms, CRM, checkout).

Required profile

• Hands‑on individual contributor with clear ownership and measurable goals.
• Strong ability to manage high‑volume recruitment cycles and shifting priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented and able to maintain organized talent pools and sourcing plans.
• Collaborative mindset, comfortable working with cross‑functional teams (design, development, marketing).
