Talent Acquisition Specialist – Full‑Cycle Recruiter

About the role

Origin is building an AI observability platform and is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own full‑cycle recruiting for technical and GTM functions in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruiting for technical and GTM/Sales roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers and closures.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring criteria and move searches forward quickly.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing on LinkedIn, job boards and referrals.
• Act as a brand ambassador, delivering a warm and professional candidate experience at every stage.
• Maintain accurate data in the Ashby ATS and ensure timely communications.
• Track and report recruiting metrics such as pipeline health, time‑to‑fill and offer acceptance rates.
• Collaborate with People & Operations on employer branding, job postings and process improvements.
• Work with the HR Coordinator to ensure smooth handoff from offer acceptance to onboarding.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a tech startup or high‑growth environment.
• Proven experience hiring for both technical and GTM/Sales positions.
• Strong sourcing ability and a track record of building pipelines from scratch.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly with candidates and hiring managers.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple roles simultaneously without sacrificing quality.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast‑moving remote setting with high ownership.
• Familiarity with Ashby or similar ATS platforms.
