About the role

Slalom is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join its global recruiting team. You will partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders across the Americas to build high‑quality talent pipelines that support the company’s growth and market initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines using Boolean search, talent insights, and competitive intelligence.
• Leverage Generative AI tools and sourcing platforms to personalize outreach and uncover new talent channels.
• Promote Slalom’s employee value proposition through authentic engagement with professional communities and online platforms.
• Use data‑driven metrics to monitor pipeline health, refine strategies, and improve speed‑to‑hire.
• Collaborate with recruiters to ensure a human‑centered candidate experience from first contact to handoff.
• Experiment with emerging sourcing technologies to reach niche, hard‑to‑find talent.
• Contribute to cross‑functional initiatives that advance Slalom’s global talent attraction approach.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition with a focus on sourcing and pipeline generation.
• Strategic mindset with a passion for data‑informed and creative sourcing methods.
• Strong curiosity about talent trends, market dynamics, and emerging recruiting technologies.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, able to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
