Talent Acquisition Sourcer – Global Recruiting Team

About the role

Slalom is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join its global recruiting team. In this role you will partner with recruiters, hiring managers and business leaders across the Americas to build talent pipelines that support the growth of go‑to‑market and capability teams. You will use data‑driven and creative sourcing methods to identify and engage high‑quality candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through Boolean searches, talent insights and competitive intelligence.
• Leverage generative AI tools and sourcing platforms to personalize outreach and uncover new talent channels.
• Champion Slalom’s employee value proposition within professional communities and online platforms.
• Measure pipeline health with data‑driven metrics and continuously refine sourcing approaches.
• Collaborate with recruiters to ensure a human‑centered candidate experience from first contact to handoff.
• Experiment with emerging sourcing technologies to reach hard‑to‑find and niche skill sets.
• Contribute to cross‑functional initiatives that evolve Slalom’s global talent attraction strategy.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in talent acquisition with a focus on sourcing.
• Strategic thinker who enjoys uncovering niche talent and crafting data‑informed sourcing plans.
• Curious about talent trends, emerging tools and the impact of generative AI on recruiting.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Passionate about delivering an excellent candidate experience and driving hiring quality.
