Systems Administrator – Full‑time Permanent

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to join our fast‑paced IT services team. You will work with a diverse client base, delivering high‑quality support and implementing robust infrastructure solutions across Windows and Linux environments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on IT support, design, and implementation for small and mid‑size companies.
• Manage Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange Server, and Office 365 environments.
• Configure and maintain virtualization platforms such as VMWare and Hyper‑V.
• Administer firewalls (Cisco, Fortigate, SonicWall) and ensure network security.
• Support DNS, DHCP, Bind, SMTP, web hosting, VPN, SAN, and TCP/IP services.
• Deliver remote assistance and troubleshoot complex system issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of current, hands‑on IT support, design, and implementation experience.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with proven experience in the IT industry.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to work professionally with diverse clients.
