System Administrator – Store Operations

About the role

The System Administrator for Store Operations will ensure the stability, performance, and reliability of the technology environment across our retail locations. Reporting to the Team Lead, Administrator Store Operations, you will work closely with internal clients to keep in‑store IT services running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain availability, integrity, and performance of in‑store IT infrastructure.
• Administer and monitor Linux RedHat servers, including IP configuration, networking, hardware, and software.
• Troubleshoot software incidents related to synchronization, data integrity, SQL databases, and inter‑service transfers.
• Analyze, document, and escalate complex technical issues.
• Develop and maintain SQL scripts and automation solutions using tools such as Ansible.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and share knowledge with the team.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Linux RedHat Administrator.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills in both French and English.
• Experience collaborating with teams across Canada.
