Supply Chain Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Supply Chain Assistant to join our retail/wholesale distribution centre. This onsite position involves supporting customers, handling merchandise inquiries, and performing essential office tasks to keep our supply chain operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.
• Perform general office duties, including data entry and documentation.
• Greet customers and discuss the type, quality, and quantity of merchandise they wish to purchase, rent, or lease.
• Handle merchandise weighing up to 23 kg (50 lb) safely and efficiently.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Client‑focused, dependable, and punctual.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing priorities.
• Valid driver’s licence and clean driving record (required for safety checks).
