Receiving Station Supervisor

About the role

Ocean Spray is seeking a Receiving Station Supervisor to lead the efficient operations of the receiving team at its Richmond plant. You will oversee daily receiving activities, coordinate maintenance, and ensure plant objectives are met while reporting on performance and equipment condition.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to seasonal and year‑round receiving employees.
• Lead team activities to achieve safe, timely, and cost‑effective receiving objectives.
• Develop, monitor, and report on operating measures such as quality, safety, performance, and equipment condition.
• Oversee monthly reporting and accounts payable administration.
• Perform or coordinate off‑season maintenance, grower services, and other assigned projects.
• Assume all responsibilities of the Receiving Station Manager when absent.

Required profile

• Associates degree (required).
• Minimum three years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of receiving operations and processes.
• Strong problem‑solving and general management skills.
• Highly organized with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Mechanical/maintenance aptitude and computer proficiency.
