Supervised Instructor Therapist – Part‑time ABA Role

About the role

Beyond Therapy ABA Services is seeking a part‑time Supervised Instructor Therapist to work on‑site in Scarborough. You will deliver one‑on‑one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) sessions to children with autism, supporting families in achieving meaningful skill development.

Key responsibilities

• Provide individualized ABA therapy sessions in the centre or at the child’s home.
• Collect, graph, and document daily data on client progress.
• Assist with behavior management and de‑escalation of challenging behaviors.
• Collaborate with a supervising Registered Behavior Analyst, families, and other specialists to adjust treatment plans.
• Prepare and organize materials, maintain a clean learning environment, and keep program binders up to date.

Required profile

• College diploma or university degree related to Applied Behavior Analysis, special education, or a related field.
• Passion for working with children with autism and a flexible, adaptable mindset.
• Ability to track progress accurately and maintain thorough documentation.
