Strategy Consultant – AI Training & Evaluation (Freelance, Remote)

About the role

We are building a Management Consulting domain that translates real‑world consulting engagements into structured learning environments for advanced AI systems. As a freelance Strategy Consultant you will help design realistic project scenarios and evaluation frameworks that teach AI how to reason like top‑tier consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed consulting project environments, including industry context, financial data, constraints, and ambiguous inputs.
• Design structured consulting tasks for AI agents such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategy, operational diagnosis, and benchmarking.
• Develop grading frameworks, evaluation rubrics, and golden‑answer solutions to train and calibrate an LLM‑based grading system.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on project experience at a top‑tier strategy consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, Strategy&).
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous client problems, build financial models or market analyses, and deliver client‑ready recommendations under tight deadlines.
• Comfort presenting and defending recommendations in uncertain situations.
• No deep technical background required; onboarding on lightweight tools will be provided.
