Strategic Operations Manager – Partnerships

About the role

Relay is building a category‑defining Partner Program to help accounting and bookkeeping professionals serve SMB clients. As Strategic Operations Manager – Partnerships you will design, launch and scale the sales channel that drives growth through these partners.

Key responsibilities

• Own revenue planning for the accounting & bookkeeping channel, including quota design, territory modeling and headcount forecasting.
• Design and continuously improve the end‑to‑end sales process, enablement playbooks and pipeline management for channel reps.
• Build and maintain real‑time dashboards, KPI tracking and deep‑dive analytics to monitor channel health and partner performance.
• Administer CRM workflows, data hygiene and automation in Salesforce and HubSpot, and evaluate new tooling for partner relationship management.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with RevOps, Marketing, Finance, Product and Customer Success to align on demand generation, forecasting, commission plans and product roadmap feedback.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in sales operations, partner enablement, strategy or related business‑operations roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex data sets into actionable insights.
• Excellent communicator who can simplify complexity and work effectively across multiple functions.
• Curiosity about AI and technology‑driven workflow improvements.
