Strategic HR Manager

About the role

ecobee is seeking an experienced HR Manager to act as a trusted advisor to leaders across the organization. In this hybrid role you will support talent strategy, employee relations, and workforce planning while helping the company scale its global tech operations.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders on organizational effectiveness, succession planning and talent strategy.
• Provide guidance on employee relations issues and ensure compliance with policies.
• Lead workforce planning initiatives and align HR programs with business objectives.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive employee experience.
• Coach managers on performance management, leadership development and change management.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR business partner or manager in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate HR insights into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex organizational initiatives.
