Store Supervisor – Retail Operations

About the role

The Supervisor supports store leadership by creating a high‑energy, customer‑first environment on the sales floor. Acting as a brand ambassador, the role drives productivity, profitability, and operational excellence while fostering inclusive team culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the team to meet personal sales targets and overall store KPIs, analyzing metrics and applying best practices.
• Build and maintain client relationships through proactive outreach, VIP retention, and after‑sales service.
• Coach, recruit, onboard, and develop team members, providing performance feedback and advocating for their growth.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, bank deposits, register operations, and key‑holding duties.
• Manage POS transactions, inventory transfers, receiving, shipments, repairs, and damages to ensure inventory integrity.
• Maintain an organized stockroom and coordinate timely replenishment for the sales floor.
• Support omni‑channel initiatives such as live‑stream shopping and brand‑safe social media engagement.
