Store Operations Manager

About the role

Sephora Canada is seeking a Store Operations Manager to lead the operational efficiency of a flagship location in Toronto. You will oversee a team of Operations Leads and Consultants, ensuring the store runs smoothly and delivers an outstanding customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all store operations and ensure execution of processes according to company standards.
• Manage inventory activities including shipping, receiving, returns, and cycle counting.
• Oversee visual merchandising to maintain on‑stage visuals and brand presentation.
• Coordinate cleaning crews and third‑party vendors, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
• Maintain appropriate budgets and quantities for supplies, testers, and samples.
• Participate in performance management for the operations team, delivering timely feedback.
• Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with Beauty Advisors and clients on the sales floor.
• Develop and monitor budget strategies, staffing, payroll, and other controllable expenses.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of management experience in an operations‑focused role or equivalent internal experience.
• Metrics‑driven with a proven track record of motivating and coaching teams.
• Strong understanding of store sales performance, staffing, and expense control.
