About the role

Seed & Stone is seeking a full‑time Store Manager to lead its Canadian retail location. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional cannabis retail experience while maintaining strict compliance and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Manage, coach and schedule store staff to achieve sales and service targets.
• Maintain government compliance for all cannabis products and enforce loss‑prevention procedures.
• Control inventory, monitor stock levels and safeguard store assets.
• Implement retail best practices and drive continuous improvement.
• Foster a positive team culture and uphold high standards of security.

Required profile

• Proven experience in store management and retail operations.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to lead a high‑energy team and achieve operational goals.
• Knowledge of retail loss prevention and inventory management practices.
• Familiarity with cannabis product categories and related regulations is a plus.
• High school diploma; post‑secondary education or certifications in business or retail management are an asset.
