Station Field Coordinator

About the role

The Station Field Coordinator will oversee on‑site engineering activities for the construction of transit stations, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards. This position works closely with project managers, site superintendents, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver station construction projects successfully.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage on‑site engineering activities for station construction.
• Ensure construction work complies with design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance.
• Provide technical support and guidance to construction teams and subcontractors.
• Address and resolve technical issues that arise during construction.
• Collaborate with the design team to resolve on‑site design‑related issues.
• Identify and address deviations from project requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, audits, and compliance reports.
• Provide regular updates on construction progress, challenges, and solutions.
• Develop and implement risk‑mitigation solutions to ensure smooth project execution.

Required profile

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet project deadlines.
• Strong coordination skills to work with supervisors, project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
