About the role
The Star Attendant is the first point of contact for visitors at the Mercedes‑Benz Toronto Queensway dealership. You will create a welcoming atmosphere, guide guests to the appropriate areas, and support administrative functions that keep the showroom running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers as they arrive and determine the purpose of their visit.
- Direct guests to the correct department, service bay, or facility.
- Collect basic customer information using the dealership’s computer system.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of dealership services to answer incoming calls and inquiries.
- Perform various administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry and paperwork handling.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of proven experience in customer service or reception.
- Secondary school diploma or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organized and strategic mindset.
- Maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
