Staff Pharmacist

About the role

Rexall is seeking a dedicated Staff Pharmacist to join its network of community pharmacies across Canada. In this position you will deliver high‑quality patient care, ensure safe dispensing of medications, and support the overall efficiency of the pharmacy operation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical services and professional advice on prescription and over‑the‑counter products.
• Accurately dispense prescriptions and manage inventory levels.
• Maintain compliance with provincial pharmacy regulations and Rexall policies.
• Engage with patients to offer medication counseling and foster positive interactions.

Required profile

• Licensed Pharmacist in the province of interest.
• Strong clinical knowledge and effective communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast‑paced team.
• Commitment to professional standards and regulatory compliance.
