Specialized IT Consultant - Senior

About the role

The client, a public‑sector organization in Toronto, is seeking a Senior IBM Maximo Manage Consultant to lead functional design, configuration and implementation of Maximo Manage. This 260‑day fixed‑term assignment (with possible extension) offers a hybrid/remote work model and a rate of CAD $100 per hour.

Key responsibilities

• Design and configure Maximo Manage modules covering facilities maintenance, asset & location management, service requests, work orders, preventive maintenance, inspections and mobile execution.
• Lead data migration from legacy EAM systems, including mapping, validation, reconciliation and load support.
• Provide integration design and build for SAP/SAP BTP, MREF/TRIRIGA, APIs and related error‑handling mechanisms.
• Develop and review configuration workbooks, workflows, security groups, reports, dashboards and mobile setups.
• Prepare cut‑over, go‑live, hyper‑care and stabilization plans, and deliver knowledge‑transfer documentation.

Required profile

• 10+ years of hands‑on Maximo configuration experience, including organization, site setup, Application Designer and security.
• Successfully delivered at least three full‑cycle Maximo implementations as a consultant.
• Proven expertise in end‑to‑end Work Management configuration (SR‑to‑WO lifecycle, job plans, PMs, vendor processes).
• Strong background in Maximo data model (assets, locations, meters, classifications) and data migration.
