Manager, Commercial Reporting & AI Development

About the role

Labatt is looking for a Manager to own and evolve the BEES reporting ecosystem while driving AI‑enabled automation across the Commercial Reporting team. You will combine platform stewardship with innovative AI development to simplify data consumption and accelerate decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance Power BI and Excel reporting solutions for the BEES digital ordering platform, ensuring stability, accuracy, and user adoption.
• Prioritize and manage a backlog of enhancements and bug fixes, applying data validation and performance‑optimization techniques.
• Lead the design and prototyping of AI‑driven agents (e.g., Copilot, Databricks, LLM‑based tools) that automate reporting workflows and generate insights.
• Define and execute an AI roadmap aligned with commercial priorities, evaluating modern AI ecosystems and scaling successful pilots.
• Collaborate with zone, global, and data teams to translate business needs into technical requirements and act as a bridge between stakeholders and technical partners.
• Promote AI fluency within the team, building internal capability and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Required profile

• University degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business analytics, reporting, or data‑related roles within a CPG or similar environment.
• Demonstrated experience implementing AI or automation solutions in a professional setting.
• Strong stakeholder‑management and communication skills with the ability to influence across functions.

Required skills

• Advanced Power BI (data modeling, DAX, performance optimization).
• Advanced Excel (data modeling, complex formulas, dashboard design).
• Experience with AI/ML toolsets such as Copilot, Databricks, and LLM‑based agents.
• Data management, transformation, and validation processes.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms and modern AI ecosystems.
