Specialist, Solutions Operations – Agent Suite

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Specialist in Solutions Operations for its new Agent Suite, a platform that enables enterprises to build, test and deploy customizable AI agents for payments and commerce. The role will help design and operationalize governance, reporting and process frameworks that support the rapid growth of the AI Consulting capability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and scale governance structures for the Agent Suite AI consulting practice.
• Design reporting mechanisms to monitor compliance, resilience and operational performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including product, risk, legal and engineering—to embed responsible AI principles.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes to support a fast‑moving, ambiguous environment.
• Provide operational support to ensure the team can focus on delivering AI‑enabled solutions for banks, merchants and partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience in program or operations management, preferably in technology or payments.
• Strong ability to work with diverse stakeholder groups and navigate ambiguity.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on operational excellence.
