About the role

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for a Sourcing Recruiter to join its global Talent Acquisition team. In this high‑visibility position you will partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to design and execute candidate generation strategies that support AWS’s rapid growth worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end searches against defined timelines, setting benchmarks and metrics to track progress.
• Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches.
• Recruit passive candidates, assess chemistry and motivation, and maintain a pipeline of high‑quality talent.
• Conduct market research and ongoing relationship management to expand the candidate network.
• Perform in‑depth candidate interviews and aim for high interview‑to‑offer ratios.
• Recommend recruitment ideas and strategies that contribute to long‑term growth.
