Software Engineer

About the role

RAVL is looking for a Software Engineer to design, build and deliver secure, scalable, high‑performance services that power modern digital systems. You will work across cloud environments, collaborate with product, platform and data teams, and focus on delivering visible impact for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build backend services, APIs and integrations that are scalable, observable and secure.
• Architect systems using modern languages and frameworks such as Java, Node.js.NET, Go or Python.
• Apply modularity, testing and continuous delivery principles to ensure resilience and maintainability.
• Integrate with cloud‑native services and automate deployment via CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure‑as‑code.
• Collaborate with frontend, platform and data engineers to deliver complete, reliable solutions.
• Participate in code and design reviews, providing thoughtful feedback and shared learning.
• Demonstrate ownership, communicate risks early and focus on outcome‑driven delivery.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in one or more modern programming languages (Java, C#, Go, Python, TypeScript/Node.js).
• Experience building and maintaining RESTful or event‑driven APIs and integrating with third‑party or internal systems.
• Familiarity with cloud‑native architectures on AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Understanding of CI/CD, testing automation, observability and infrastructure‑as‑code.
• Working knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases, caching and data access patterns.
• Collaborative mindset with clear communication and adaptability in client environments.
