Software Developer III, Mobile, Android, Google Workspace

About the role

Google is seeking a Software Developer III to work on mobile solutions, focusing on Android applications and Google Workspace integrations. You will join a fast‑moving team that builds large‑scale products used by billions of users worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Write high‑quality product or system code for Android and related services.
• Participate in, or lead, design reviews with peers and stakeholders to select appropriate technologies.
• Review code written by other developers and provide feedback on style, testability, efficiency and best practices.
• Triage product or system issues, debug, track and resolve problems affecting hardware, network or service quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 2 years of software development experience and 2 years of Android application development.
• Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms (preferred).
• Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Computer Science or related field (preferred).
• Experience with iOS development or accessible technology development (preferred).
