Program Manager – Program Delivery & Governance

About the role

Alcumus is seeking a Program Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of strategic, cross‑functional programs within its Product and Technology organization. You will own the full program lifecycle, from initiation through successful delivery, shaping the approach and aligning stakeholders across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Define program scope, structure, and delivery approach, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Lead program initiation activities, including stakeholder identification, governance setup, and sequencing.
• Manage complex, multi‑region stakeholder landscapes, negotiating priorities and trade‑offs.
• Make strategic decisions on program sequencing, structure, and resource allocation.
• Provide clear direction and guidance to Project Managers and Senior Project Managers working within the program.
• Drive cross‑organizational alignment and maintain program health through reporting and governance.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the evolution of delivery practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large, cross‑functional programs that span engineering, product, and business operations.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to structure and sequence complex initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills across multiple regions.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and C‑suite partners.
• Track record of delivering outcomes in a remote or distributed environment.
