Software Developer – Full-Stack (Hybrid, Toronto)

About the role

GoBolt is building North America’s largest electric‑vehicle fleet to power sustainable e‑commerce and last‑mile logistics. As a Software Developer you will work closely with product, operations and data teams to improve the logistics platform, ship new features, and optimise existing workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand customer workflow challenges and design technical solutions.
• Participate in product reviews, flag edge cases, and contribute to trade‑off discussions.
• Own technical problems from design through deployment and iteration.
• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines, code standards and overall engineering quality.
• Stay curious about new technologies that can boost performance, security and maintainability.

Required profile

• 2+ years of full‑stack development experience in production environments.
• Ability to work with non‑engineers, ask clarifying questions and translate discussions into workable solutions.
• Bias for action and comfort handling ambiguous, loosely defined problems.
