About the role
Clutch is seeking a Social Media & Content Manager to help turn the brand into a household name. Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, you will work closely with Creative, Growth Marketing, Product Marketing and Sales teams to produce and amplify engaging social content.
Key responsibilities
- Concept, film, produce and edit short‑form videos, still images and graphics for TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and X.
- Lead the execution of Clutch’s organic social strategy, bringing content pillars and editorial calendars to life.
- Design and run test‑and‑learn initiatives, analyze results with social listening tools and internal dashboards, and refine tactics based on data.
- Ensure all social output aligns with Clutch’s brand voice, visual identity and tone.
- Monitor platform trends, competitor activity and emerging features to keep the content approach innovative.
- Track key performance metrics, generate insights and recommendations to guide future strategy.
Required profile
- 3‑4 years of experience in social media, content creation or digital marketing at a startup, agency or brand.
- Bachelor’s degree (marketing preferred but not mandatory).
- Data‑driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics.
