Amazon E-Commerce Manager – Mississauga

About the role

This position creates and executes a tailored Amazon ecosystem strategy for Philips' Personal Health US business, driving category growth, brand strength, and consumer purchase intent across the Amazon marketplace.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business briefs into a full‑year Amazon media activation plan and collaborate with agencies and internal partners.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including MarComm, sales, insights, and global marketing—to deliver a 360° Amazon strategy.
• Lead internal and external stakeholders in developing and presenting the Amazon strategy and performance metrics to senior leaders.
• Own media plan development, execution, and performance management, aligning targets with sales objectives and high‑velocity events.
• Leverage data and insights to adjust the Amazon strategy, improving market share, share of voice, and sales outcomes.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in media planning, e‑commerce, or online content strategy with mandatory Amazon media experience, preferably in CPG.
• Strong understanding of the Amazon ecosystem and demand‑generation tactics.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to act on complex data sets.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, E‑Commerce Management or equivalent.
• Proven ability to influence and build strong working relationships.

What we offer

• Salary range $77,000 – $121,000 CAD per year, with potential annual incentive bonus.
