Site Superintendent – New Restaurant Build in Penticton

About the role

Novacom Building Partners is seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to lead the construction of a new ground‑up restaurant in Penticton, BC. You will be the on‑site authority, coordinating trades, solving real‑time challenges, and ensuring the project is delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction activities on the restaurant build, maintaining high safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate trades and suppliers, building strong relationships and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate closely with the Surrey‑based project management team to align site execution with schedule, budget, and client expectations.
• Act as the on‑site representative in meetings with architects, consultants, and clients.
• Manage documentation using Procore, Outbuild and related tools for field reports, schedules, change orders, and cost tracking.
• Monitor project budgets, identify efficiencies, and provide regular financial updates to leadership.
