Shopify Enterprise Developer

About the role

Origins is seeking a Shopify Enterprise Developer to help build and evolve a new e‑commerce experience for the brand. Reporting to the Director of Development and Enablement, you will work with product, design, and business teams to deliver scalable, high‑performance solutions on the Shopify platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Shopify Enterprise themes, sections, blocks, and configurable components.
• Create flexible content modules that enable business users to manage experiences within Shopify.
• Build and support Shopify Functions for discounts, checkout logic, delivery and payment customizations.
• Develop custom Shopify apps when native functionality does not meet requirements.
• Integrate Shopify with enterprise systems such as OMS, CRM, analytics, and middleware.
• Collaborate with designers and product owners to deliver responsive, accessible, and performance‑optimized user interfaces.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on development experience with Shopify and front‑end technologies.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical solutions.
• Comfort working in a hybrid environment with regular on‑site collaboration.

Required skills

• Shopify (themes, sections, blocks, Functions)
• Liquid templating
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Headless commerce technologies (e.g., Hydrogen)
• Custom app development on Shopify
• Integration experience with OMS, CRM, analytics platforms

What we offer

• Base salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000
• Hybrid work schedule (3‑4 days in the Liberty Village office)
• Full‑time permanent position
