Shipping Coordinator – International Logistics

About the role

Thermtest Inc. is seeking an organized Shipping Coordinator to manage the end‑to‑end shipment process for a wide range of international destinations. You will plan shipments, set priorities, and ensure smooth communication with carriers, clients, and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Package products according to company standards.
• Prepare and process all shipping documentation.
• Track shipments and provide status updates.
• Communicate with clients and carriers, resolving any issues.
• Generate shipping quotes for customers.
• Maintain meticulous shipment records and manage related inventories.
• Check incoming trucks, generate picklists, and coordinate pick‑up.
• Participate in team, department, and company meetings.
• Use proper handling techniques and equipment to minimize damage.
• Operate a forklift for loading and unloading.

Required profile

• Some college or business training preferred.
• 1‑3 years of similar shipping or logistics experience.
• Excellent communication and time‑management abilities.
• Strong multitasking skills.
• Basic computer literacy.
