Service Sprinkler Fitter – Full-Time

About the role

We are looking for a Service Sprinkler Fitter to join our Sprinkler Service Division full‑time. You will install, service, inspect and repair fire protection sprinkler systems in commercial, residential and industrial settings.

Key responsibilities

• Perform in‑field sprinkler commissioning, inspections, troubleshooting, repairs and maintenance on wet, dry and pre‑action systems, fire pumps, hydrants, backflow preventers and special‑hazard systems.
• Liaise with clients and provide on‑site supervision to ensure high customer service and clear communication.
• Inspect work progress, equipment and worksites to verify compliance with client specifications.
• Apply safe work practices and demonstrate safety leadership throughout all tasks.
• Complete daily reports of work orders and activities.
• Train and mentor apprentices and field service labour.

Required profile

• Journeyman Sprinkler Fitting ticket.
• Minimum 5 years experience installing and servicing sprinkler systems and related piping.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail‑oriented and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
