Estimator – Fire Prevention Services

About the role

We are seeking a motivated self‑starter to join our Port Coquitlam team as a full‑time Estimator. You will work closely with our business development and operations teams, gaining practical knowledge of local fire and life‑safety regulations while supporting clients and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Convert inspection reports into client‑ready quotations and cover letters.
• Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and field technicians to verify information and ensure accurate, comprehensive quotes.
• Liaise with Account Managers and Operations on special or urgent requests.
• Maintain clear communication with internal teams and adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and strategic metrics.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, optimistic individual who values customer satisfaction and the company’s core values.
• Computer‑savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software, including an in‑house proprietary system.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to manage multiple high‑priority tasks, meet deadlines, and work both independently and within a team.
