Service Design Consultant – AI Trainer (Independent Contractor)

About the role

We are seeking analytical, detail‑oriented freelancers and small‑business owners to help train AI chat‑bots. As a Service Design Consultant and AI Trainer you will create diverse conversation prompts, craft high‑quality responses and evaluate model outputs against accuracy and style guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Design and write varied conversation scenarios covering a wide range of topics.
• Generate precise, high‑quality answers to given prompts.
• Compare the performance of different AI models and report findings.
• Research and fact‑check AI‑generated responses to ensure correctness.

Required profile

• Fluent English speaker.
• Completed or in‑progress bachelor’s degree.
• Experience managing communications for a small business or as a self‑employed professional.
• Excellent writing, research and independent work abilities.
• Located in the United States, United Kingdom or Canada.
