About the role

As a Server at Hilton Québec, you will deliver exceptional dining experiences by preparing tables, presenting menus, taking orders, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, take orders, and provide courteous, professional service.
• Serve meals and beverages in line with Hilton’s quality standards.
• Maintain clean, organized tables and service areas.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Address guest requests promptly and ensure overall satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of server experience in a comparable establishment.
• Completed a table‑service training course.
• Knowledge of wines, beers, and spirits.
• Exemplary customer service skills.
• Bilingual in French and English.
• Strong organizational abilities and good memory.
• Fast execution, rigor, responsibility, autonomy, flexibility, punctuality, and dynamism.
