Shift Manager – Fast Food Restaurant

About the role

As a Shift Manager in a fast‑paced fast‑food restaurant, you will lead a team to deliver high‑quality food and service during your shift. You will ensure that daily operations run smoothly while maintaining safety and sanitation standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
• Train team members on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Monitor food quality and service to meet company standards.
• Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
• Work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment, standing for extended periods.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar food‑service or retail role.
• Client‑focused attitude with strong interpersonal and oral communication skills.
• Flexibility, teamwork orientation, and ability to work evenings, nights, days, weekends.
