SEO Specialist – 1 Year Contract

About the role

DAC is seeking an SEO Specialist on a 1‑year contract to lead organic search initiatives for its clients. You will act as the resident expert on all things SEO, combining technical know‑how, strategic insight, and creativity to boost brand visibility in a competitive marketplace.

Key responsibilities

• Develop SEO goals aligned with client KPIs and conduct audience, brand, and competitive research.
• Perform comprehensive keyword research and generate thematic keyword lists for new and existing programs.
• Execute full technical SEO audits, covering URL structure, schema markup, navigation, canonicalization, contextual links, sitemaps, robots.txt, and meta data, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Optimize on‑page elements and support off‑page tactics such as article syndication to improve domain authority.
• Troubleshoot website errors, report project status to account managers, and present audit findings to clients.
• Monitor key performance metrics using analytics tools and stay current with industry developments.
