SEO Onboarding Representative

About the role

We are looking for an SEO Onboarding Representative to own complex client escalations, identify strategic patterns across a portfolio of 300+ clinics, improve systems and develop the SEO Representative team. You will inherit a proven SEO program and help scale it across hundreds of sites.

Key responsibilities

• Handle complex client escalations before they reach the Platform Lead, providing confident recommendations.
• Identify strategic patterns and opportunities across a 300+ clinic portfolio and propose scalable improvements.
• Improve systems, workflows and internal documentation for the SEO Representative team.
• Develop and upskill the SEO Representative team through coaching, knowledge sharing and hands‑on guidance.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on SEO experience with proven results in local or technical SEO.
• Experience managing multi‑site or portfolio‑scale SEO environments.
• Track record of leadership or training junior team members.
• Clear communicator able to translate SEO strategy for clinic owners; healthcare experience a plus.

Required skills

• Strong command of website architecture, information hierarchy, heading structure and on‑page fundamentals.
• Deep working knowledge of Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs (or similar) and Google Business Profile optimization.
