Performance Marketing Specialist – Paid Search

About the role

Odd Bunch is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to lead paid search initiatives across Canada, the United States, and Australia. You will manage mature, launch, and brand‑specific accounts, driving subscriber growth while maintaining cost efficiency. This hands‑on position sits within a lean team and includes responsibility for B2B lead generation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute channel strategy, setting CPA, CAC, and subscriber volume targets for three markets.
• Manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube), including budget pacing, bid strategies, keyword hygiene, and ad testing.
• Own paid search for corporate, workplace, and wholesale accounts, measuring success by cost per qualified lead.
• Build and scale Microsoft Advertising and Reddit Ads as independent acquisition channels.
• Reconcile platform conversions with GA4 and Triple Whale, reporting cost per new customer.
• Write and test ad copy, collaborate on landing‑page performance, and drive automation within the paid‑search stack.
• Provide data‑backed insights and recommendations to leadership.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of paid‑search or PPC experience with direct budget ownership.
• Demonstrated ability to meet CPA goals in a DTC/e‑commerce environment.
• Experience managing campaigns across multiple regions, preferably with a US launch.
• Strong short‑form copywriting and proactive communication skills.
• Reliability in delivering commitments and flagging risks early.
