Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and operate high‑performance services that support the company’s cloud‑native CLM platform.
• Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to embed production readiness into system design.
• Define deployment pipelines, scaling strategies, and recovery procedures for critical infrastructure.
• Work across the ecosystem to influence how upstream components are operated in production.
• Maintain operational discipline, ensuring correctness and resilience from day one.
