Senior Technical Program Manager

About the role

Mastercard’s Customer Platform Experience team is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the delivery of high‑impact customer capabilities. You will work at the intersection of product, engineering and architecture, driving the execution of large‑scale features that enhance the user interface for Customer Administration and Integration for Identity Solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end execution of technical programs across the portfolio, ensuring high‑quality outcomes within an Agile/Scrum framework.
• Partner with product and engineering leaders to shape strategy, design decisions and execution plans for scalable customer capabilities.
• Own delivery against timelines and commitments, maintaining clear accountability and removing blockers.
• Coordinate across delivery teams, release roadmaps, OKRs and product stakeholders to keep momentum.
• Evaluate business and technical trade‑offs, aligning initiatives and optimizing execution approaches.
• Simplify complex, large‑scale efforts by establishing predictable delivery paths and improving inefficient processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing technical programs in a software development environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to organize and accelerate execution across multiple teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in an Agile/Scrum setting.
