Senior Talent Sourcer

About the role

As a Senior Talent Sourcer at BDO, you will drive the strategic identification and engagement of top consulting talent across Canada. Working closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and business leaders, you will combine market intelligence, data analysis, and proactive outreach to build high‑quality pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct targeted market mapping to uncover talent segments, competitor firms, and emerging pools aligned with priority hiring areas.
• Develop and maintain proactive pipelines of high‑caliber candidates across specialized consulting and technical capabilities.
• Lead outbound sourcing campaigns using LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, research tools, and industry communities.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring leaders to define talent priorities, candidate profiles, and sourcing strategies.
• Provide market intelligence on talent availability, competitor hiring activity, and compensation benchmarks.
• Track pipeline health, outreach effectiveness, and candidate engagement metrics to continuously refine sourcing approaches.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in talent sourcing, preferably within professional services or consulting.
• Strong consultative mindset with the ability to translate market data into actionable sourcing strategies.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills for engaging passive candidates.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with recruitment partners and business stakeholders.
