About the role

Join a leading Canadian digital automotive solutions provider as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. You will drive the full recruitment lifecycle for engineering and other critical technical positions, shaping the talent pipeline that powers the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for engineering roles (≈70% of workload), from intake to offer acceptance.
• Recruit for business‑critical positions such as Product Managers, Platform Engineers, Performance Consultants, and other specialists.
• Partner with hiring managers to design hiring strategies, provide market insights, and ensure high‑quality hiring decisions.
• Proactively source, attract, and engage top talent while building strong pipelines for current and future needs.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and maintain structured, inclusive, and efficient hiring processes.
• Leverage recruitment data and market intelligence to continuously improve outcomes and stakeholder experience.

Required profile

• Proven full‑cycle talent acquisition experience with a strong track record hiring engineering and technical roles.
• Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills, able to influence hiring managers and senior leaders.
• Data‑driven mindset, using recruiting metrics and market insights to inform decisions.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship‑building abilities in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
