Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor

About the role

Varicent is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor to lead global hiring initiatives across technical and business functions. Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, you will shape recruitment strategy, partner with leaders worldwide, and enhance the candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for North America, EMEA, LATAM and emerging markets.
• Partner with hiring managers as a trusted advisor, providing market intelligence and hiring strategy.
• Design and execute innovative sourcing campaigns using AI‑powered tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals and talent communities.
• Drive strategic Talent Acquisition projects such as process improvements, technology implementations and employer branding initiatives.
• Collaborate with People Operations to deliver a seamless onboarding experience for the first 90 days.
• Champion inclusive hiring practices and expand diverse talent pipelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience in global full‑cycle recruitment, especially for passive, high‑performing talent.
• Strong partnership skills with business leaders and hiring managers.
• Strategic mindset with a track record of improving recruitment processes and candidate experience.
• Experience working in fast‑growing SaaS or technology environments is a plus.
